As part of a residential community, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by avoiding parties, events, or large gatherings. The Homeowners Association enforces quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking:

Driveway parking is provided; please refrain from parking on the street or road.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire home, with a few closets and cabinets locked for storage purposes.

Cancellation Policy: A specific cancellation policy applies depending on the booking platform. Note that no refunds are available within 30 days of check-in when booked through our website.

Please be reminded that there is a security deposit of $500 USD required. If you encounter any issues during your stay, do not hesitate to reach out; we strive to resolve any concerns promptly. Note that cleaning or nightly rate refunds will not be authorized post-checkout. Our strict no-smoking policy entails a penalty of $500 USD for any traces of smoking indoors.

We maintain a no-pet policy; however, pets may be allowed for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. Also, an additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies after 6 guests.
